     各位首领，相信大家一定度过了一个愉快的儿童节和端午节。很抱歉由于服务器故障，给大家带来了各种困扰，小编深表歉意。我们的游戏开发团队正在对海量数据进行分析，这个过程需要比较长的时间，请大家在等待期间开心地游戏。

     很抱歉的告知大家，北京时间六月一日上午，由于数据库故障，我们无法记录游戏中宝石的使用情况，这种情况持续了几个小时，事发后，我们的工程师紧急修复了该问题，由于我们的工作疏忽，给大家带来了不愉快，我们深表歉意。

     在本次事件中，如果您使用宝石后发现宝石被退回到游戏中，请不要担心，苹果公司不会向您收取额外的费用，望您知晓，由此给您带来了担忧，望您见谅。

     如果您注意到某些玩家从本次事件中获得了不当的利益。我们向您保证，我们Supercell公司一定会采取最有必要和最合适的方式严肃认真的处理这些玩家的账号。目前，我们的游戏开发团队正在对事件发生前后的海量数据进行深度挖掘，这个过程可能需要比较长的时间。另外请注意，在本次实践中，部分玩家通过本次事件从Supercell公司的游戏中获得了不当的利益，因此相关处理也只会发生在Supercell公司和相关玩家之间，对于相关玩家的处理，很抱歉我们可能不会发布公开的信息，望您理解。

     本次数据库故障的发现和最终的迅速排除，离不开广大玩家的迅速反馈，我们的游戏开发团队，向广大玩家表示衷心的感谢，部落冲突（Clash of Clans）因为有你们，才会更精彩。

     Gem glitch fixed and everything is back to normal

     This database glitch, that caused some gem usage not to be recorded, was effective for some hours. The glitch has already been fixed and I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused. Please note that if your gem usage wasn't being recorded, you basically got "free gems" and those gems will NOT be charged from your App Store / Google Play store account.

     If the database error happened to you, most likely you didn't even notice it You used gems as normal, but in some cases those gems were back when you logged back in. I'm very sorry for all the confusion and inconvenience this might have caused. For everyone who feels worried about some people exploiting the error, I can assure you that we're looking into it and actions will be taken if/when necessary and appropriate. This will be handled between us and that individual, and public posts about this will not be made.

     The reason why this error was found and fixed so fast belongs to you, the Clash of Clans community. You reported this to us so fast and with so much detail, that our guys were able to locate the issue and fix it within hours from the first reports. There's no words to describe how much your reports and help means to me and to usYou guys and girls rock!!!!
